Hello,
It's easy you just need to constantly refresh until you get a more legible captcha.
You have a separate button that you can hear each single letter from the word you need to enter in the box.
I hope I've been useful to you.
Captcha really sometimes is very unreadable.

There is Audio Option, you may try it out. Also, changing the browser may work it out too.
