Haven't received my BTC payment

I tried to Withdraw via BTC Bitso address, I already done that before and received but this time I haven't received the payment, I would like to know the Blockchain ID to check the payment with my Bitso Wallet
I knot that for free members the maximum is $2.00 usdt to withdraw but when i tried it didn't give me the option to only withdraw that amount.
