cashout problem

hi
when i try to cashout it says ''Amount is lower then $1.00, no payment processor will accept.''
i tried to withdraw $2 and it says i will get $1.5 but still says ''Amount is lower then $1.00, no payment processor will accept'' when i press the send button.
what should i do ?
i opened a support ticket but no answer till now. can anyone help ?

Maybe is better to open a support ticket and wait for my help, instead of complaining about things that you do not understand.
Let me explain for those who do not know; As you know, after the Payza failure, we have implemented ROI and cash out regulations. The cash out regulations are monitoring the site income every single day, and based on a couple of factors, a certain cash out % is being formed. The cash out % is being calculated and is different every day, and when more people cash out on a given day, and when the site income is not that good on the given day, the % gets down. When it gets a way down, for example, 55%, it allows you to cash out on a NET base only half of what you may cash out. If you, for example, you want to cash out 2$, most of you do not cash out more as they simply cash out the minimum they can, so when someone wants to cash out 2$ and the cash out % is 55%, then the NEt amount that the system allows to be withdrawn is less than 1$, in this occasion, you get an error message that you cannot cash out less than 1 dollar simply because the payment processor does not allow.
The solution to this problem is to try to cash out again on the next day. And because I know it is quite irritating for you all, as you do not care about the site financial state, and its income, then I have decided that I WILL REMOVE THE CASH OUT % IN THE FOLLOWING FEW DAYS. SO EVERYONE MAY CASHOUT WITHOUT COMPLAINING.......
