banner adv blocking

hi admin i would like to complain about your adv on the view adv on the left coloumn .Its blocking my view and i even cannot click also coz its overshadow 3 advs on that part .Pls remove it or u place a banner that can be click for close .This happen nearly 2 weeks already but i dont to report i taught it just a temporary only.
