You are trying to cash out 2$ but you can cash out only a part of this 2$. This part has been formed according to the site income, so if the system allows you to cash out only a part of this 2$, this part can be even lower than 1. When it is lower than 1, then you cannot cash out because technically payza or any other processor is not allowing cash outs as of the high fees.....

Just try another day.
