Bitcoin Cash Outs - New Rule

Dear Members,
As you probably know, the BTC transaction fee is too high recently. It is 2.2$+ and it required new rules in our Terms of Service. Starting from today, the members who are not depositors may cash out to their bitcoin wallet when they reach the minimum of 7$.It is how the new rule looks like:
'' The Non-Depositors may cash out to their Bitcoin Wallet minimum 7$. ''
All the payments which are less than 7$ will be refunded but not processed. I hope you realize that I am not going to pay the 2.2$ fee for every 3.5$ cash-out, it is just funny.
The Members who are depositors may cash out less than 7$, but honestly, if you ask me, it is not much preferable.
