Is it possible the money i gained from Surf and Earn to transfer it to my main balance and ask later cash out? I don't want to use them for any purchase for the time being.

The cents from the grid plus the earnings from certain offerwalls are being accumulated automatically to your Main Balance. What you have in the MB, can be cashed out. However, the Purchase balance cannot be cashed out.
