I have received some tickets and I have tested it by myself and it seems that some members cannot cash out even if they have their payment proof posted. I suggest to you to keep calm until we find the problem. It is not for all the members, as I myself was able to cash out with my username.

It is just to let you know that we are aware of the problem and we are working to fix it.
