no payment VISA/PAYPAL

My last payment with visa/paypal is completed but in my paypal nothing, where is my money?
My ticket is already open..

I have 2 deposit but now i desire my payment (really).

Please Recheck your PayPal account. You may have entered wrong Paypal Email. If no, admin will help you out through your ticket.
