Do I still need to complete 10 % Offerwall even after upgrading to volunteer?
my upline told that I do not need to complete offerwall if I upgrade. Please clarify.
I have upgraded from standard to volunteer but still unable to withdraw without completing offerwall.

Once you upgrade to volunteer the offerwall doesnot apply.

You need to have your account upgraded but only with funds that come from the payment processors. If you upgrade by using your main balance money, the system will not let you not complete offerwalls.....
