You may cash out the amount deposited in Skrill to PM, Payeer, Coins or Solidtrustpay. And I will write to Paypal to refund your money since I am not able to use it anyhow either at the moment. The other option is waiting for the Paypal final statement as they still reviewing the account.

can i ask the same thing? i mean, to refund my deposits from paypal, can i, too... like jelena85? so that, i can use it and make profits. i invested $207 here from paypal and $100 payza, a total of $307 all in all. i invested them since may 6, 2017, a day after my registration here, and in different dates. and to note, no withdrawal has been made since i joined here. and my first request is still pending that's why i'll be asking the suggestion below if it is possible;

or can you update my account or reset it by have deposited them from perfect money like what experiaclix did to his members? then, the admin advised us to file a dispute to claim our deposits from paypal. and when his site cannot be accessed, he refunded my deposit yesterday, in just a couple of days. 1 of the best admin i have encountered in ptc industry rather the best honest admin ever and the proof shown below;
