People everywhere is the same stuff .Majority of companies has similar terms as here
.Don't expect Building company to pay you full wage if you only came to work to fix one
or two screws with screwdriver to the Big wall on busy construction site /area within 9 hrs.
I will be working with this website as this business has the future and potentials and companies know they need to come forward with bountiful offer to members to keep them earning not peanuts but good money .
